Emily Hobday Music – Scroll down for Bio May 2025
Emily’s program brings together a diverse selection of works that highlight the expressive range of the guitar across different periods and styles. From the crisp clarity and rhythmic playfulness of baroque keyboard writing to the driving energy of contemporary composition, each piece offers a unique perspective on the instrument’s capabilities. Meditative, lyrical moments sit alongside vibrant dance rhythms and subtle references to medieval melodies, making for a compelling and memorable concert not to be missed
Emily is an award-winning classical guitarist and a third-year student at the
