The piano and guitar have experienced a flowering of creative activity in Australia, with major works by leading composers and a culture of evocative new works by composer/performers. WAAPA’s Classical Piano and Guitar students and staff perform a selection of these new and recent Australian works in a mesmerising musical tribute to the natural beauty of our country, from its rugged outback deserts to enchanting maritime landscapes.
